Kittens are sold upon a deposit and to approved homes only. All kittens are spayed/neutered and immunized up to date. We take pride in the health of our cats and kittens and do everything possible to ensure the quality of homes they will be in. If you are not 100% comfortable with my contract, please do not apply for adoption.

Gidget will come with a contract providing a No De-Claw agreement; a health/immunization certificate; as well as an agreeement to return to In The Nude Sphynx, should the adoptive parent(s) choose not to keep her for ANY reason in the future.
Breeder Hold: Pending further evaluation by breeder. May become available at a later date.
Pending: Someone has chosen this kitten, and we are awaiting a deposit. We will hold a kitten for 7 days until the deposit is received.

Our Terms:
*Our Sphynx babies can not leave our home until after their altering procedure which is done at 14 weeks of age. A contract is required to protect you, me, and most importantly - baby!
*A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $300.00 US dollars will hold your Sphynx kitten from other perspective adoptees, with the remainder of the balance due before the buyer takes possession of the kitten/cat. In The Nude pet Sphynx are $1,200 and are placed in their new homes between 14-16 weeks, fully vaccinated, altered and with a vet health certificate. From time to time, we also have retired adult cats available. Altered adults typically run between $800-$900.
*Show alters come with no guarantee that they will achieve any title during their lifetime in the show ring. Breeders (if applicable to this contract) come with no guarantee that they will be able to produce kittens.
*Kittens are guaranteed free of FIV and FeLV and come with a 2 year congenital defect guarantee where we will replace your kitten with a comparable kitten (when a litter is available) should your Sphynx die from a congenital defect within 2 years of birth. A necropsy report must be submitted to us at the time this claim is being made, and all shipping fees for the new kitten/cat will be the responsibility of the buyer.
*We do not allow declawing of our kittens/cats. Babies will come with proper scratching post training. It is up to you to provide acceptable scratching materials and to keep baby's claws clipped. If clipping is upkept, there will be no need to declaw -- EVER. An alternative for declawing is Soft Paws, a soft rubber material that fits over the toenails. These can be put on by a licensed veterinarian very easily. For more info., please go towww.softpaws.com
*Kitten/cat is to be vet checked by the buyer's own licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of buyer taking possession of the kitten/cat.
*The Sphynx is an extremely social breed and appreciates a friend to be with during the times that you're not home. Because of this, should you choose to adopt two kittens from the same litter, you'll be given a $200 discount.
